Certification Program

 

The Certification Program was first implemented in school year 2004-2005 as a quality assurance mechanism for ESC participating schools to ensure compliance with the minimum standards set by the Department of Education.

  3. DepEd endorsement for ESC Certification
  4. copy of the school’s government recognition
  5. copy of school’s vision-mission statement
  6. class schedule
  7. profile of teachers and staff [download]
  8. list of board of trustees and school officials
  9. DepEd approved schedule of tuition fees and detailed breakdown of other school and miscellaneous fees
  10. school information brochure
  11. copy of land title or lease agreement
  12. administrative, faculty, and student manual/handbook

 

Re-certification Requirements
