Private schools, GASTPE RPCom view the OHSP online system for the first time

FAPE conducted an orientation on the Open High School Program to private schools in Metro Manila and nearby regions.  The first was on 25 June 2012 and another one was held on 16 July 2012. Both were held at the FAPE Conference Center, Makati City.

Dr. Miguel Q. Rapatan, FAPE consultant on its training program, discussed the design of the OHSP online system. Dr. Lolita Andrada, DepEd-BSE director, and Dr. Carolina Porio, FAPE executive director, talked about the rationale and guidelines of the program on different session dates. The orientation was also an opportunity for private schools to raise their concerns so these could be addressed as the program continually develops.

The OHSP online system was also presented during the GASTPE program regional program committee (RPCom) general assembly last 12 July 2012 at the Bayview Park Hotel, Manila.
